Agree 100%.  With an estimated 90% of home buyers starting their search on the Internet, photos and tours are to home sales today what curb appeal used to be: the place where first impressions are made.  The online tours and photograph's are typically the first impressions of potential buyers.  Amateur, inferior snapshots are inadequate and deter the home shopper. Using a skilled, dedicated professional photographer for your listing demonstrates your professionalism and reflects positively on your commitment to your client.
